Hi, I'm Toni (Vertonia). This is my personal space for raw conversations, spiritual exploration, and sharing what I create. Your privacy matters to me, so here's what happens with any information you share here.

Who I Am This website is Vertonia.com — run by me, Toni, as a solo creator. No big corporation, no ads, no selling your data. But I'm not gonna lie - if some big corporation offers me a ton of money for your data, you and I might have to chit chat about this on my livestream. (ʘ‿ʘ) $$$$$ (｡♥‿♥｡)

Comments If you leave a comment on a post, I collect:

Your name, email, and website (if you provide them)
Your comment text
Your IP address and browser info (to help catch spam)

Your email is turned into an anonymous hash and may be sent to Gravatar to check if you have a profile picture (their privacy policy is here: https://automattic.com/privacy/). If your comment is approved, your picture shows up with it.

Media If you upload images to the site (e.g., via a comment), avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and pull location info from images.

Cookies If you leave a comment and opt-in, your name, email, and website are saved in cookies for convenience (so you don't have to re-enter them next time). These last one year. When you log in (if you ever create an account), we set temporary cookies to check if your browser accepts them (no personal data). Login cookies last two days; screen options last a year. "Remember Me" lasts two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies. Editing or publishing a post saves a cookie with the post ID (no personal data; expires in one day).

Embedded Content Posts may include embedded videos (YouTube, Kick), images, or other content from third-party sites. These behave exactly as if you visited those sites directly — they may collect data, use cookies, or track your interaction (especially if you're logged into those platforms). Check their privacy policies for details.

Who I Share Your Data With I don't sell or share your personal info with third parties except as required by law. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the email.

How Long I Keep Your Data

Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely (so I can recognize and approve follow-ups without moderation queues).
If you register an account (rare here), your profile info is stored until you delete it. You can edit or delete your data anytime (except username). I can also see/edit it as admin.

Where Your Data Is Sent Visitor comments may be checked through automated spam detection services.

Final Note This site is a personal creative space — I don't track you beyond basic analytics and necessary functions. If you have questions or concerns, just reach out. I’m here for real, honest connection, not data harvesting.

By participating, you agree that if you file any legal action against me and lose (or the action is dismissed, dropped, arbitrated, etc), you will pay all of my legal fees, court costs, and expenses, plus an additional three times (3x) the amount of any damages you sought as a penalty for bringing a frivolous or bad-faith claim. This excludes any additional costs for my time, witnesses, research, and any other expenses related to defending myself, - those damages will be applied additionally to this penalty.

Waiver of Rights You hereby grant me a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, monetize, and create derivative works from your contributions (including likeness, voice, and content) in any media now known or later developed.
No Compensation or Privacy Expectation You waive any right to compensation, credit, royalties, or other payment. You acknowledge there is no expectation of privacy in anything shared publicly during the livestream or in chat.
Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for what you share. I do not control, endorse, or verify content from participants. If you share sensitive or personal information, you do so at your own risk.
